The Shareholder Lounge
Our newly-renovated Shareholder Lounge on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse offers sweeping views of Tiana Bay. It is open during the season to all Shareholders and their families and guests. Enjoy a cocktail at the bar height table overlooking the bay, take in a movie in our media room, play pool in our billiard room, read a book by the fireplace, attend a community event, or host a small gathering. The Shareholder Lounge offers a welcoming place to gather, rain or shine.
The Tennis Court
The Tennis Court at Hampton Bays, offers tennis enthusiasts a convenient and welcoming place to play. Surrounded by scenic beauty, recreational players and those looking to improve their game will find it easy to fit tennis into their day. Benches are provided which help create the ideal setting for friends and family to be spectators, for practice sessions, friendly matches, or coaching.
The Swimming Pool
The social hub of our community is our newly-renovated 25'x50' gunite pool. Going to the pool is a wonderful way to meet and get to know fellow shareholders. Many lifelong friendships were formed here. It fosters a sense of belonging where people of all backgrounds can come together for shared experiences. The pool overlooks the bay and is equipped with dining tables, a lounge area, sun umbrellas and sunbeds. A saltwater system provides a more comfortable swimming experience, with softer water that is easier on skin, hair, and eyes. The pool is for use of Shareholders, their families, guest and renters from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
The Boat Dock
Our Boat Dock is a significant property feature for the exclusive use of the Shareholders with boats and personal watercraft. Aside from being an amenity that increases the property's value, it is another social hub. It fosters a sense of community among the boaters and other watersports enthusiasts, leading to shared knowledge and a more connected experience. There's no need to drive to a marina. Boats and waverunners are readily accessible, allowing for spontaneous outings. Our dock offers a private, low cost , convenient and often, more secure environment than public marinas.
The Laundry Room
For the convenience of Shareholders and guests, Hampton Arms features a laundry room equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. The washers are outfitted with a state of the art laundry technology called pureWash Pro. It transforms the water going into your washing machine by infusing 100% safe, natural oxidation that dissolves and removes residue. Intended for use with little or no detergent, it cleans, sanitizes, and deodorizes. You will also find a table and a basket to make laundry day less of a chore. Adjacent to the laundry room, is kitchen, a TV room, and fitness area so you can grab lunch and watch TV or squeeze in a workout in between loads.
The Parking Lot
Few things are as frustrating as looking for parking after a long drive. At Hampton Arms a guaranteed parking spot for each shareholder will be waiting to welcome you after your journey, day or night. If you have a second car or you have guests visiting, Hampton Arms also has an overflow lot in the back with ample space for all, so you and your guests can focus on the fun activities that await you. The overflow lot also functions as a storage area so boats, waverunners and kayaks can conveniently and economically be stowed during the off-season.
Gathering Areas
Hampton Arms has several outdoor areas for small-group socializing. The grassy area we refer to as our "Park" has Adirondack chairs placed in a serene, tree-shaded setting. It's a sweet spot to have your morning coffee and contemplate the day. Nearby you'll find a picnic table and BBQ grill where Shareholders can gather on a sunny afternoon. A couple of benches are situated throughout the property for quiet moments of reflection. The dining table placed on the upper deck area outside the Shareholder lounge, cleverly referred to as "The Point," is the wonderful place for a meal or cocktails at sunset. The fire pit located on the beach makes for a fun-filled evening under the stars. Be mesmerized by the flames, make s'mores and share stories. The fire pit is one of our favorite Hampton Arms activities.
The Fitness Center
Our modest fitness center is located adjacent to the Laundry Room. Here you'll find a treadmill, a stationary bike, an elliptical trainer and more. The convenience and accessibility of an on-site gym encourages Shareholders to exercise more consistently. Regular exercise is associated with improved mental and physical health. Reduce stress and improve your overall well-being by enjoying a workout in the privacy and comfort of our on-site gym. Accessible 24/7/365 our fitness center enables Shareholders to exercise whenever their schedule permits while spending time at Hampton Arms without having to join a local fitness center.
